El Despertador is a school dedicated to promoting happiness and well-being as a daily living practice.

We design, produce and facilitate transformational experiences, so that people of all backgrounds can learn more about the science and art of happiness and especially its application on a day-to-day basis.

Our methodology is experiential learning, to learn from the reflections and conclusions that only your own experience can give you.

We put at your disposal more than 25 years of experience in teaching ways of personal growth. With understanding, tools and support, we help you recognize and enhance your internal resources and with them enrich your experience of personal, family and professional life.

Through a variety of interactive experiences, activations, talks, workshops, retreats and more, we work in a group format, bringing our experiences to companies, organizations and events both private and open to the public. We also offer individual sessions.

The happiest, easiest and most powerful way to unite a group, lift your spirits, improve your attitude and strengthen your will. This is the stellar experience of El Desperdator and it is born of a challenge: to show that:

Science has given us the evidence that happiness is a skill that can be developed with practice.

We wanted to do an experiment and gather in a single session, the best selection of practices,

we arranged them in an experience curve to enhance their power and we seasoned them with music, humor and games.

After hundreds of group sessions held at the El Despertador House and successful presentations with

companies, conventions, festivals and different events, in and out of the country, the experiment has proven to be a success!

Today we are focused on sharing this message through happiness activation experiences.

Available in live sessions and now also in virtual form on Zoom.

With El Cortis, we have been able to activate happiness in many different settings and we adapt to any need and space.

The only requirement is willingness to play!

If there is one thing that all of humanity can agree on, it is that absolutely everyone would love to be happy!

But there are so many different opinions, ideas, approaches and beliefs about it, that it can get confusing. If

being well and being happy is the essence of all our life decisions and choices, we do well by clarifying its meaning.

This talk is to remind you of the happiness you are capable of feeling, without requirements, circumstances or conditions and how you can express it outwardly and with it, improve your life experience and that of those around you.

Understanding, tools and inspiration to exercise happiness as a practice of daily life and well-being as a culture.

Good emotional health is much more than the absence of emotional disorders, it is going for an optimal emotional state, which helps us respond better, have a better attitude towards life, a better relationship with ourselves and others, but above all, it allows us to enjoy and make the most out of life.

This workshop is to dive into the four fundamental principles and how to make them part of our journey.
